Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, so we provide the following payment options:

Office Payment Plan

We will customize a payment plan based on the treatment needed with our in-house payment plan. An initial downpayment is due at the beginning of treatment followed by 0% interest monthly payments over the treatment time if you decide to choose our in house financing plan. For your convenience, we accept payment by automatic monthly debit or credit card draft.

Insurance

We welcome dental insurance. We will be happy to answer all of your questions and call your insurance provider to verify benefits. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Payments and Policies

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Interest-free payment plans are also available for your convenience. Orthodontic payments are due on the same day every month and each consecutive month until paid in full. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged on all accounts which are 21 days past due. Treatment times differ from patient to patient and payment options do not correspond to the estimated treatment time but are merely provided for your convenience.
